The Inkerman Group is looking for an additional Researcher to join its busy pre-employment screening and due diligence team – this is a challenging and responsible role which, for the right person, will provide a great opportunity to develop and grow the role within the business. The role is varied covering pre-employment screening , due diligence, research and general administration – the successful candidate will be fully involved in all aspects of the workload and candidate / company research within the business unit and on an international basis.
Excellent research skills are essential, together with strong administrative, report writing skills, organisational, and interpersonal skills plus the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. The successful candidates will have great client-facing skills, be able to prioritise and cope well with changing priorities, be IT literate, have exceptional attention to detail and a flexible ‘can-do’ approach to getting things done. Whilst previous experience is an advantage (particularly within a due diligence / screening environment) and ideally being educated to degree standard or equivalent, these are not essential criteria as training will be given.
