The Inkerman Group is looking to recruit an Operations Researcher to join the existing research and operations team at The Inkerman Group, based in the Joint Operations Centre to assist with the delivery of a range of 24/7 monitoring and support services to operational teams, clients and business travellers throughout the world.

This is a permanent full-time position based in the Joint Operations Centre, responsible for the provision of these 24/7/365 first-line services to clients across all security service areas – travel safe, close protection, tracking, investigations, surveillance, crisis management and emergency helplines. Previous operations and / or experience of working in a similar operational environment managing front-line support response services with International experience is desirable but not essential. In addition, a good level of IT literacy is essential and the ability to speak an additional European language is preferred but also not essential.
